ValleyStar Credit Union, Rocky Mount, VA

This is the worst bank I have ever had the displeasure of using. My husband just passed on the first of July and I have tried to call many times to make an appointment to close out his account and have not gotten through to an employee I just got a recording that the are unusually busy to call at a later time. I have gone into the bank and there is no one in there and I was told I have to make an appointment with the person to do that and that she has no openings for a couple of days. What good is a bank that can't take care of their customers when they come in. I would not use this bank if it was the last one on the planet.

My experience with the Rocky Mount branch was outstanding. The representation was astonishing so polite friendly and they go over and above to please the customer. Love it
