Brought a check drawn at this bank and said they couldn't cash it. Went to the Gloucester branch and they cashed it. No problem

Drive thru and ATM are open. To go into the lobby you must first call.

I've been in this branch several times. The staff has been friendly and professional.

Beg borrow and take

Can’t deposit cash into someone else’s account if your name isn’t on account. Ridiculous just needed to put gas money in daughter’s account. Now, this is a general complaint about truist in general. If you open a new account make sure there is plenty of money available because the first time you deposit a check they will put a 9 day hold on the check. I’m pissed and left the branch in tears when I tried talking to them. I have very little money. Can’t buy pet food if they run out before 9 days is up, can’t pay bills. This check will be available 4 days before my next paycheck. How do they expect people to live when they hold people’s money hostage?

This is the third time i come into this bank to open a business account. Branch leader couldnt greet me as I sat on the chair. Another team member remembered me from when I came earlier, but was waiting on the branch manager to see if she could do it. I left as couldnt wait anymore, have clients to tend. Its 4:15pm, she spoke to branch manager and said was unavailable- if I wanted to schedule an appt tomorrow - No! Im here now for the second time today!! If they dont want to help customers or service my needs, then get another job that doesnt require customer service.

$8 dollars to cash a check. Garbage bank just like the old BB&T.
