I could not have been happier with my experience with one main financial. Sarah, the loan officer that helped me was kind and courteous. She reached out to me, letting me know that I was approved for the summer needed, and that the process would not take very long. Not that that was a selling point, but she was corrected. Did not take long and it was painless. The money was in my account about an hour after I left the office I can only assume that they only hire people that are as warm and affirming as she is, so I will be comfortable saying that all those who work there will provide the same experience.

Manuel was so AMAZING on helping me get a loan. He explained everything from start to finish. He was very helpful when it came to the condition of the loan, to paying off my debt, and customer service was above superior. I would recommend him over and over again. Thank you, Manuel.

EVERYONE at the Springfield branch was polite and friendly. But Momeena A. was such a sweetheart, helpful and patient. She made the loan process pleasant. Ask for her!

The worst financial company at all. Once you apply online you get a call the next business day, unprofessional customer service take care of your call, after taking all your personal information they cause a huge bad impact on your credit score then disapprove your request. I have never seen any worse service than this financial institute in years. Stay away from them.

My husband applied for a secured loan online, and I knew he had some questions about it. However I wasn’t there to assist due to work obligations. My husbands cousin wanted to make sure he knew what he was doing and Janelle Jones couldn’t have been more condescending. She told him that his cousin needed a power of attorney to speak to her or she had to be on the loan. First of all she needs to understand the different populations of people she works with. It wasn’t as if my husband wasn’t there to verify the information or give her permission to speak to his cousin. She was very condescending. She then stated that a power of attorney would be needed and it had to be looked at by the underwriting team. It’s very obvious that she lacks the experience because although we have a power of attorney, if my husband gives her permission to speak to someone that’s literally staid I feel right next him, then she should be able to accommodate. She said her name loud and proud from my understanding, as if she did something to save the world. The other office is Alexandria was more accommodating than her and I wish the account was handled by them. All he really wanted to know was if he could qualify for a lower amount if he did unsecured. That’s it. But he was so thrown off by the situation that he didn’t even ask nor did his cousin get to ask on his behalf. She needs more training on the ADA as well as customer service.

Poor customer service and unprofessional finance agents. They all rely upon technology. Without technology, they don't know what to do and follow with their clients.
For a small personal loan, they processed long duration and were not clear what they were doing.
I have a good income that Toyota approved me in minutes and gave me a 50000 dollars car, but this institution were failed to approve for a small loan.
I strongly Do Not recommend this financial institution for your financial transactions and deals and any type of loans.

I will never forgive this financial center at Springfield VA. I had visited them twice and they serve you like "third world barbaric service". My second visit was today and I asked them emergency family necessity loan repayable in two weeks time since my pay check upcoming is hefty ××,xxx. They asked me 6 documents and outrightly I submitted them. Then they started splitting hairs. I had pay stubs both w-2 type and 1099. I exercised honesty since I considered them professional. You don't believe me they came out and pictured my vehicle from 5 dimensions. I said okay. I insisted them my request was two weeks lighting bridge loan not long term loan. The manager was irrelevant but the credit analyst was eloquent banker like me when I was then banker 22 years ago. In terms of risk management they shouldn't have to worry much. They met by a former Chief risk management officer and CFO. Sadly, I left the financial center.
