Motion Mortgage was able to get me approved to buy a home with a lower credit score, but after that everything went down hill. When informed that we needed a short sale date, all we got from them was "That is fine, I have never missed a close date in over 15 years". That can't say that now. The date that was set from the very beginning was missed by almost a month, so I was homeless and staying on friends floors, which I was able to deal with but not a situation I like to put my mother in, but they did not care about the people that they are dealing with. They kept coming back saying that there was a problem "But it is not my fault, I did my job", I got this on 3 different occasions. Well it was not my fault either, but I am the one that suffered. They didn't request any of the inspections until after the 1st set closing date. We had to do 3 different ones and which they told me about after the 1st on, but would not get them all at once, they waited for one to be completed and fixed before they ordered the next. If you use them, I hope that none of the staff that you are working with goes on vacation. Everything stops and no one is able to do it until they get back. When ever myself, my realtor, or settlement company would call them, they would say we will call you right back, if they even answered the phone. If you call from a different phone number, they would answer it and talk to you until all of a sudden the connection would be lost and they would not answer again. If you tried to send an email so there was a trail or anything, you were lucky to get back "Working On It". They all are very unprofessional. Anyone that I have talked to that has dealt with them in the past, has had nothing but bad comments to say about them. I almost lost my house because the sellers were getting tired of them having to push the closing date back.

Erica Wogan was absolutely terrific. She never once made us feel unimportant. Louise and Paul were absolutely wonderful as well. They were all very knowledgeable and understood that everyone's time was precious. This is a great company. They saw to everything. It was a pleasure to deal with each and every person that helped with this process. Thank you all so much for getting us where we are today. Awesome!! :)
