Richard is the most high speed broker my husband and I have ever had when wanting to buy a home. We attempted to start the home buying process in two other states with 4 different brokers and with all four, we were always the ones to have to reach out to them and they all gave us stipulations on how to be approved by the VA and were always very difficult to get ahold of. However with Richard, it was a completely difference experience. The first thing that stuck out to us, was that Richard reached out to us and then the fact we are both veterans who wanted to use the VA loan, that didn’t scare him off one bit and he never once gave us stipulations to get approved.
