If I could give negative stars I would. The lack of communication with the entire team minus a Travis made the process a nightmare. As a first time home buyer I wanted things explained so I would understand what was going on and they still wouldn't explain things. If you go with this company be prepared for the worst time buying your house. Given an approval letter and loan amount from the beginning before even getting all our information in full so kept having problems. And On almost every turn we would have to have our realtor contact them to get any kind of an update from them. I would not recommend Mike ballew or his team to anyone ever. Not sure how this company is still in business. Thankfully our loan went through and was given to another company for us to deal with instead of them.

Mike and his team are professional, friendly, and extremely helpful. We have now used their services twice and have been exceptionally satisfied both times. We wouldn’t recommend anyone else when purchasing a home.
