You can get good customer service pretty much everywhere but customers want good product with good customer service. I do not recommend this place if your looking for a loan. I been paying triple back on a loan. Very high interest more like extortion. They are worst than the mafia. Thats all i have to ssy

Its easy and convenient. It just takes too long to pay off and the interest is out the roof. Other then that the people are nice, place is clean and if I really need the money I know its easy to get it here. I just wont do it again unless absolutely necessary.

Great customer service. Systems were not responding correctly, but they were willing to make things right and stay until it was correct. Great people

Christy or chrissy or whatever her name is, was very rude. Wouldn't let me speak, wouldn't let me send more paystubs, got hateful with me when I called back to tell her I had another vehicle I could use that I didn't necessarily want to at first and got into my personal business as to why. I will be coming in Wednesday to speak with a manager.

SCAM. They won't do a soft check, only a hard check on your credit so they can get paid for that and sink your credit at the same time. EDIT: I almost forgot the most important part; I was told by someone to go here because they had gotten a 1,000 loan and I needed 1,600 but that woman told me the minimum I could borrow was 2,600. That was deliberate to get paid for running a hard check on my credit which cost me 50 points and get denied. This company is a vile thieving scam and the employee is a vile thieving scammer and liar.

Walked in there with the almost 700 credit score and as soon as I walked out to get the Vin number of vehicle went back in and as soon as they put my Vin number, and said I was denied something very fishy about OneMain financial, I suggest never to go there
