Select Bank, Staunton, VA

This place is absolutely wonderful! It is hard to just say a few good things because I could go on for days. I have always had awesome service from everyone in there. Any question I had got answered and anytime I’ve needed something done they have been on top of it! I have dealt with several of the staff but I am horrible with names. But Steph has been amazing to me and my husband. I know she is always just a phone call away. Tyler has also helped us and has went above and beyond. This isn’t just a bank but like a second family. The way we are treated is with pure love! We would never even consider dealing with anyone else! We love you guys!! Thank you for everything!!

Staff is very friendly and helpful when it comes to any banking needs. The tellers, Tyler and Stephanie are quick to help any customers at the drive-thru or front desk and make them feel at ease by answering all their questions. Ashley, Marcie, and Seth are also very attentive to customer satisfaction, and I would highly recommend trusting them with your money!

The staff at Select Bank are extraordinary and the service they provide is beyond exceptional. I have never dealt with a financial institution that was more “on top of it” than Select Bank. They are extremely proactive in meeting needs and making sure things are done quickly and proficiently. I have been very impressed with their level of quality and friendliness.

This branch provided a wonderful experience. I enjoyed every interaction with the personnel as they are all friendly, knowledgeable, and genuine. The team at this branch truly “bent over backwards” to help my family. Without disclosing personal finances, Select Bank did something for me that a multitude of other wouldn’t even entertain. I’m very pleased and forever grateful!!!

Seth, Ashley, Tyler, and Stephanie, all go above and beyond to help and assist with any banking needs, from mortgages to my auto and Equipment loans to my business and personal checking and savings. As a small business owner where time is crucial, they are very prompt and helpful to ensure that my time is valued. I am truly happy with their customer service.
