Visited the credit union inquiring about opening an account and the customer service provided by Megan in the Suffolk branch was simply amazing. She explires various options from accounts, refinancing my vehicles and credit card options. Needless to say, I'm a proud and happy member of the Bayport family, tha ks Megan for tour exxeotional customer service!!!!

I'm proud and pleased to be a member with Bayport Credit Union. I've banked with BPCU since the merge from Members Trust and prior merge from Tidewater Telephone Employees Credit Union, which started my account in 1993. Over the years I have received excellent service and it only gets better and better. I have to give major kudos to the branch manager, Towanda. She has always made herself promptly available to meet my needs and has a very professional demeanor, making me feel like a valued customer in spite of my constant concerns with an identity theft issue. Her assistance has given me the security with my financial needs in a time of increased scamming. Major Kudos to Denise as well. Her genuine compassion, time, and going above and beyond to provide me with phone numbers and contacts was and is greatly appreciated. Lastly, the teller Tee is so personable. I love the way he puts my mind at ease with my concerns and says, "I got you Mrs. O'Neill. I truly value excellent Customer service and financial security of which I receive at this bank and particularly this branch! Thank you to all of you and keep shining! ✨
