Staff just wants you to sign up for high interest rates and lie about their packages including automotive. Was told the insurance was for duration of loan turns out they charged me extra $200 plus accumulating interest for something that only covers a year for breaking down, lock outs not even mechanical issues. Do not get a loan here!!!! There are better options!!!

Worst customer service ever!!! Our contract says no interest however our first bill we recieve shows over $1000 in interest applied and our down payment missing...Called to find out why interest was applied, where our down payment was and get our true balance. The representative we spoke to would not let us ask one question without cutting us off. Instead she kept saying that's just how our billing works and your contract says no interest so it's fine.... how is it fine that you bill us interest every month? we are just supposed to trust our money is going to our account correctly? The manager then picked up the phone yelling over us and not letting us finish a sentence or answer our question. Worst experience with a purchase ever!!!!

Love them got me approved when know one else could
