My girlfriend had no clue what they were doing to her..she went for a loan and they pulled a refinance on her car.NOT WHAT SHE WANTED and it was not CLEARLY EXPLAINED,what they wete doing

I had a wonderful experience working with Erica at the OneMain location in Suffolk (on Rt 10). The process was seamless and I feel like OneMain is as transparent as it comes with their lending procedures. The terms of the loan were written out and explained in detail, copies of everything were emailed to us. This is a fast process, most are approved within 24 hours, then you sign papers and the very next day the money for a personal loan is in your account. Waiting at the signing appointment was long for us, that’s not the usual- they worked around our schedule and fit us in early so we couldn’t complain. The actual signing of the papers took less than 15 minutes. I have loved OneMain so far and hope to work with them on other loans in the future. Thanks Erica and OM!!!

I can't believe what others are saying about the folks at One Main Financial in Suffolk VA,my first time there a week ago was unbelievable, they were nice, friendly and kind.No wanted to lend me money, my back was against the wall but they gave me more than enough and I thank and appreciate them very much!My friends to the end!!!

Horrible service. The individuals here have very nasty and rude attitudes. They are unwilling to be flexible at all. I would give zero stars if I could. I wish I could remember the name of the young woman I talked to today. She had no regard for what I was saying at all. She was very aggressive. I would try Avant if you are in the market for a loan. They are a pleasure to work with. These people are unorganized and rude. They are not worth your time, energy, and/or money.

I'm only giving 2 starts because the staff was awesome but TRASH! How are y'all using Experian to pull people's credit? KNOWN for inaccuracies on their credit reports.
