F&M Bank Timberville, Timberville, VA

This is absolutely the best bank to deal with. I've had accounts at 3 other "Corporate" banks and they don't hold a candle to Farmers & Merchants in Timberville. The customer service is beyond average.

Great place to bank! Always been satisfied with the accounts I've held there. The staff is very friendly.

The staff there is always smiling and friendly in the drive-thru. They always make sure to speak to customers and make everyone feel welcome!

THE WORST.If your card is lost( they have the swipe cards so criminals can clean u out ) because it's impossible to get in touch with a live person. Then try the Saturday drive thru..if you have alot if time to kill ..takes 4ever. And if you have 2 separate accounts,the ATM machine puts both account balances on your printed receipt, leaving you to wonder..How much is on both cards( cause they give you a complete balance, not a separate one)
