I had a loan with them and they were great. I payed my loan off early which I should not have done because I found out it helps my credit to have an open account, well I tried to get a pre-qualified loan so it wouldnt ding my credit after already having a loan with them so i can keep an open account again and I got denied an offer online even though my credit is better than it was when they first gave me one, kinda confused. Would love to give a 5 star, but that made absolutely no sense.

Had no problem depositing the check with my bank and a staff called me to make I was satisfied with the transaction
