I have been with DuPont community credit union for a long time now and I have always had a good experience dealing with them. The employees there are always nice and friendly and quick to help with whatever I need. The call center is the same way, they are very professional and quickly help me with any questions or problems I may have.

I have been a member for years. Their policies leave a lot to be desired. If you don't make a credit card payment on the EXACT due date, the CU will shut down your card. Not only that, they locked down my regular account at the same time. I wouldn't have an issue with this if they had a process to notify you that this was going to happen. I was out of town on vacation with no access to either card. Fortunately I did have alternative cards to fall back on.

Freezing account during the pandemic, taking money and leaving me with five dollars during pandemic, having no food in the house to eat is such an amazing experience. They truly care about their "member owners." Seriously, this bank was amazing about ten years ago. Now they're just like every other bank. Very crude, extremely greedy, and doesn't care about the customer as long as they have their money. Much appreciated, and I feel the care.

Well, this bank is horrible , I issued a cashier check from other bank when the guy wants to get the money it says it was fake, then they hold my money for almost a month now,I loaned the money , so much burden and great anxiety to me now cause they didn't realize my money yet to my bank

I have already posted a review but wanted to add to it . Not only did this credit Union not contact bank of America about a $1700 check that I deposited in my account for a so called friend that could have easily been rejected had they took a second and called for verification and saved me, thier former customer from the credit Union cleaned my bank account out but the point of this review was that it appears they also took my rewards points worth $150 that I earned and did not credit it towards what they claim I owe . I would consider that fraud! So they also receive a one star rating for Incompetence and fraud for taking my rewards points worth $150 it towards any balance $150 and not appling it to any remaining balance

Needed a few things done and our Teller took care of everything quickly and correctly!!
