I have a vehicle loan through vally star the people are nice when ever you get through to them i have had a awful time trying to call my payments in and again my payment is late I've been on hold 6 times the last 9 days and one day I called 2 times the first time there were 30 people in front of me later that day I called at 530 and 4 people were in front of me 6 o'clock it hung up next day called and at was 50 people in front of me are you joking I am starting to believe there on they business of destroying peoples credit is dont no what to do

I've had a great experience across the board from the ladies working the window as well as management and the loan team.

I would give 0 stars if it was possible. I went today to get my mother quarters so she could do her laundry and we were greeted by an extremely rude employee who not only acted annoyed by my mother’s requests for her money but then shorted her $100 when we asked to close the account due to the customer service we have been receiving from there recently! Please beware of this place, it’s hard to tell how many times this is happening to people and being overlooked!!

The drive-thru teller #8350 @ the Waynesboro, VA Branch was exceptionally friendly and helpful! She greeted my teenage son and I, quickly, efficiently, and extremely friendly! Our experience was such a blessing and a pleasure! Thank you for being so kind to your customers!

Right there at the window, very friendly, as always. Took care of my needs immediately with a smile.
