Worst ever when it comes to forgiveness. Miss a payment using checking account, and they block that payment method. Then expect u to pay a 3.00 fee to use ur debit card as your payment method. Only other options without fee is to payment centers.

I purchased my car in October 2022 and it was such an amazing experience definitely not like larger dealerships that can be pushy. Priscilla was my sales person and she was amazing. She took into consideration my budget and what I needed in a vehicle and I absolutely love my suv. The whole process from start to finish was simple and pleasant no stress at all and the finance team is amazing as well. They set up my account for autopay and are always easy to deal with.

Sarah was very nice and professional . Her customer service is outstanding. She helped me get approved for financing when no else would. I so appreciate her so very much!
