Dave Venugopal’s team is either dishonest, incompetent or completely negligent. After 35 days, and the day of scheduled closing, they issued a loan denial, which leaves the buyers homeless and seller in a poor position. This is based on a buyers income which they should have verified before the loan was ever started. In addition to this, they’ve been non responsive the entire time. There are so many good lenders out there, there’s no reason to work with a team like this
