We had a bad experience working with Faye Strickler and ultimately chose not to continue working with this mortgage company. Her attitude alone does not align with "Integrity". If you are not an expert and know everything, do NOT work with her. She will never explain anything to you; her favorite response is just "no". She has no time for reasonable requests for explanations. She rudely pointed out and scoffed at our income multiple times when we asked for options for receiving a better rate or putting less down. We asked her multiple times what our options were to go about putting less down and her only answer was "make more money" in the midst of us putting an offer down instead of that we could buy down the rate with points. We tried confronting her and she refused to take any accountability for her short comings in getting us the best rate for our situation and therefore we lost out on a home because what we thought was our best offer was far from it. This company has only one other bad review... and it is about her as well if that says anything.
