our experience was amazing!! Given 30 days notice to not only find a place but be moved in was life changing for my husband and I but from the start Todd told us he was for us and with us and he meant it and showed it over and over from unscheduled visits to giving up time with his kids to help us with all the paperwork some that took a lot of time to get from his computer to ours!!! I'm crying typing this looking back I c God in every step He blessed us with Todd his team and our realtor Rhonda Shade am forever grateful for all they did but more importantly the personal connections that were made!!! I've told several people that have said they r moving who to go too!!! there are not enough stars 5 just isn't enough for how we were so blessed who gives up there day off comes to your house to help u start moving things over yeah that happened!!! not a day that goes by that u all r in my heart and prayers!!! I hope what I wrote is ok I want people to know that may be even in what our circumstances were that they're people that will be there every step of the way!!! I hear people say all the time no one cares any more!! Let me assure u these people care especially Todd!!

Todd is very knowledgeable, responsive and professional! He is always looking out for the best interests of his clients. A true pleasure to work with!
