The Vault Jewelry and Loan, Woodbridge, VA

I have been doing business with vault for years. I’ve been going to them for short loans as far back as them being parkway pawn. The management is tops. The respect given to customers is very nice. I would recommend them to any of my friends, and have actually done that. Great company!

I come in often, this is my favorite pawn shop in prince william by far and the employees always know how to satisfy! Ryan and Cory help me out all the time and it’s always a good experience when I'm here. Highly recommend checking out this pawn shop in Prince William.

The person that helped me was Corey he was super cool gave me a great deal on my PS3 and basically gave away the games to me. I will definitely be coming back good customer service is hard to find!

Guys are nice. I went in for firearms, selection was small, but prices are fair. Couple glocks, caniks. Nice variety of other types of items to stop by and see what good deals and current items they have.

These guy are great! Came in this morning to sell some gold bullion and couldn’t be happier. Customer service is A+++. Transaction took less than 10 minutes, and they gave a great price for the bullion. I highly recommend them!

I called this location on Monday Oct 10th in regards to selling one of my prized firearms. The conversation was surprising pleasant and not at all what I was expecting. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and patient and took the time to answer all of my question. Most pawn establishments are quick to rush you off the phone but not these guys. I was so impressed with their courteousness and levels of professionalism that I drove all the way from Southern Maryland to pay them a visit. I was equally impressed in person as I was on the phone with them. The store is well organized and very clean; not typical for a pawn shop. The guys at this location made me feel welcomed and they made me an extremally fair offer for my Benelli hunting rifle. I will definitely be paying them more visits in the near future. These guys ROCK!!!
