First Bank & Trust Co. - Wytheville, Wytheville, VA

First I am not a account holder of this bank. I live out of state & stopped by this bank on a Monday after taking a road break at a nearby gas station. I had 95.00 one dollar bills, from a yard sale that ended on Sunday. I seen this bank & thought I would use it to EXCHANGE these dollar bills into 20's, 10 & 5 dollar bill. Nope. Not allowed unless I was a account holder! Lol. I couldn't believe as a Bank they could not exchange smaller bills into bigger ones. They know real to fake, I worked at a bank. It's a shame that a bank has resorted to this type of service regardless. I can only imagine what other "rules" they would pin on their customers!

I would never recommend this bank to anyone the lack of customer service is ridiculous as well have had money from account go missing unexplained no one there can ever figure it out it takes over a hour to do a 5 minute task and a woman that works there was very nasty and ignorant on the phone when was speaking to them and used a excuse of having used to work with me as a reason to be nasty so I recommend no one bank with this establishment and the better business bureau will be getting contacted for such poor business and customer service
