I tried to refinance my loan . Brandi told me she would see what she could do. I never heard anything back. I called several times and never heard nothing back. I’m never late on my payment and I’m current on my bills . Talked to a guy named Ryan . No help at all. I will never use this company again when I get this paid off. It’s one thing to be denied but they should had the courtesy to call me back. Happy customer appreciation week . Not to appreciated.

I received correspondence from Lendmark Financial Services indicating a denial for a $2000 consumer loan request. The last line of the letter reflected that the decision was made by, or that the letter's content was approved by, Brandy Monday at the Wytheville, VA, office. However, I made no request for any kind of consideration for a loan from Lendmark Financial Services: Not via a phone call, not via a letter, not via an email! So this process was totally and completely done without my permission, or any interaction with me, as the consumer. The letter indicated that the denial was based on information obtained from Equifax regarding my creditworthiness, so that would seem to indicate that this company made a ‘hard inquiry’ without my ever having asked for same. What legitimate company would ever engage in this kind of behavior?!

Will not recommend this place to anyone. One excuse after another. Once my Mom who recommended them to me gets her loan paid off she said she wouldn't be back either. Know the excuses I was given is not the truth.
