I have a vehicle loan for my mini van with this company/branch and I have struggled to pay the due $280 this month, ONE MONTH, every other month I have paid a $300 payment. I am a 90% service connected disabled veteran with 8 children, I live on a fixed income. The branch offered to defer a half months payment if we were approved, just 2 days after they took my information whether I qualify for a deferment I got a call threatening REPOSSESSION! I never received a call that said I was not approved JUST THREATS at the point which they did not approve me for a SINGLE months HALF payment deferment of $150. It just shows that the company would rather leave a disabled veteran and his children stranded then accept a late payment the next month. There is a reason that they disabled reviews on their Facebook page, and this is it. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, especially my brothers in the MILITARY!

They DO NOT call you like they promise! Even the manager lied and said she would call back but didn't bother. Very poor customer service, it wasn't always this way!

A person would be better to deal with a loan shark or the mafia than to deal with this company that deals in incredibly predatory loans. I will personally never use them again and look forward to not having to deal with them. Not only are the loans at an Incredibly high intrest rate but they also continuely call for no reason even when you are up to date on the loan for no reason. I had to request that they stop calling me for no reason and told them to only call if there was an issue with my loan .

One main is always a good company to deal with with friendly service with what ever one needs are an with a loan when you need it. Thank you
