I have an emotional support animal ( a cat) who loves to see people. A woman, Elaine I believe, there has been very rude when my cat goes on the counter to see the banking staff who have always enjoyed his company. I won't take him there anymore. I try to do little banking as I can at this place.

Is it too hard to treat customers like people? At this point there are 5 banks in 5 blocks, time for me to find a new one.
