Awful service. Teller was rude. Didn't greet me, barely made eye contact, took a check I wanted to cash without saying a word and looked up such and such on the computer without even telling me what he was doing. I asked him if he needed ID and he ignored me. FINALLY when he told me to sign the back, he asked for the ID I had offered. He counted out the money and didn't even say thank you, goodbye, have a good day...nothing. Serious misogynist attitude. I know misogyny when I experience it. It's a very special kind of hate.

So thankful for the wonderful, kind and sincere team working at this branch! Cassie is an absolute treasure and so is everyone else there 💗 She saved the day today for me and made sure I was taken care of with huge help! I'm forever thankful for such support and care. I can honestly say without her fast thinking and help from her and the branch my Friday will go smoothly and she didn't hesitate to problem solve for me! Legends!
