Heritage Family Credit Union, Bennington, VT

Not even my bank, but I love them! I bank with another credit union that is not a part of Heritage’s co-op. However, I have visited Heritage several times and they were very helpful to offer information and complete simple banking tasks such as bill exchanges. Also, their ATM doesn’t charge me any withdrawal fees. The ladies there are all very kind and helpful. If I ever choose to do business with another bank, Heritage would #1 on my list! Definitely would recommend to anyone in Bennington!

Always courteous service and they do shared banking with other participating credit unions.

Worst bank I’ve ever had. Overdraft fees for everything and they refuse to look into how bad their system is. Delay on almost every debit card transaction which in turn makes the mobile banking app useless as your balance is never accurate. They don’t accept instant transfers from PayPal or any mobile app, so in a pinch when you think you can cover your balance so it doesn’t go negative you can’t.. and they will hit you with a $30 fee and just say “oh yeah well your transfer is still pending so there’s nothing we can do”. Just go get another bank is my simple review. You’re welcome.

I have had this bank for several years now I wont go anywhere else l, they are very friendly and they are great ppl to work with, they look into any problem you have in a timely manner and if they need to call you back it's done with in 30 minutes, I took a friend here to open an account
