His friendly, open and personable manner made each phone call a pleasure. Never did we feel we were being "sold" a product, rather the feeling was one of assistance to a financial goal. If you read a review from Lisa Shippee- she tells the truth. That's just one of many problems at this branch. I actually attempted assisting Lisa with multiple problems that she had. Manager was dishonest and unethical. Made promises to Lisa that were totally fabricated- felt horrible for Lisa- I couldn't do anything because I was told to basically ignore her. I'm shocked that this bank is still in business. Manager screams in front of customers, swears and argues on her phone outside-( next to daycare center!?!) Just a totally disturbing branch/bank

The one thing I do not like about this bank is that you can not cash a check written from an account of this bank without paying a fee or having an account here. It is a pet peeve of mine. I see these fees to decrease the value of any financial transactions by people who offer this banks checks for payments of services or products.

This bank claims to be small business friendly. Trust me that's a lie. This bank informed me when I opened my accounts that I mattered to them & my business did as well. Not even a little bit true. This bank informed me that ALL deposits were made before withdrawals. Another lie. They have hit me with 13 overdraft charges so far this month. My deposits from Friday. Supposedly deposited on Saturday according to their policy. Are not put in until Monday After they put the weekends withdrawals. They hold my deposits every single day until they take out all withdrawals (checks and auto payments) & put them through on the next business day no matter that my deposit is made EVERY day as soon as they open their doors. They seldom have 2 tellers working at this time and the bank manager sits inner office & lets customers wait as much as 30 min. to get waited on. This bank is horrible!

Just sat down with Andrew Richardson to discuss loan possibilities. Mr. Richardson was full of useful information and guided me exactly towards what my next step should be. Highly recommended.
