So you can’t block any new transactions in an overdrawn account? You charge a daily fee for being in overdraft? Charging overdraft fees is absolutely acceptable and frankly expected. But I’ve had relationships with probably a dozen banks over the years and not ONE of them has charged $36 every day just for being overdrawn and then refused to stop transactions. Send my wife a bill for the overdrawn amount because we are no longer conducting business with this institution. Horrible service, horrible fees, horrible experience all around.

I’m not sure why the other two individuals are so sour about this branch. Let me tell you something, the people who work here are absolutely wonderful and are a pleasure to deal with. People need to chill out with these negative reviews when every little thing does not go their way. I have had great experiences every time I come in to use this branch, and I highly recommend it.

So far, all but one experience at this branch has been extremely negative. They never provide any of the services they’re supposed to. Aside from depositing and withdrawals, this branch is useless. They don’t let you in and are ALWAYS understaffed.

Won’t close my account down. Billing me everyday! Ridiculous fee. Please choose another bank. Rude employees too
