Working with Opportunities Credit Union to refinance my mortgage has been one of the best experiences I have ever had. They don’t just care about credit scores, they actually do care to know about YOU. They take each person’s story into consideration when making their decisions. Everyone was kind, caring and understanding. Including outside sources such as the appraisers of the home and the lawyers at closing. I worked with an amazing group of people at Opportunities who were clear and concise throughout the entire process. They were quick to respond and offered help/advice/answers when needed. This is definitely a hard working team of people who really went the extra mile for me, and in my opinion went above and beyond. Going forward, any type of banking business I have will be through Opportunities Credit Union. I highly recommend this Credit Union!

Yes the phone system isn't the best, but when I was in contact with Tasha Thompson to help me with a loan to get into a car I had to give 5 stars, and if I could give her more than that I would. Before speaking with her I was told I need a cosigner and money down to keep my payments low, and I was feeling upset, mad, and just feeling like I'm going to get the same answer. Sure enough she was able to figure out away to help me and gave me my independence and confidence in myself again, because I didn't need anyone else to cosign or anything. Thank you again Tasha for everything you mean the world to me!!

Best customer service around! After a bankruptcy, I contacted OCU to inquire about a small credit building loan. Where other banks might have seen my credit and refused to work with me, Jonathan treated me as a welcome, valuable new member of OCU. Not only did I get the loan, but less than a year later, I obtained a car loan as well! I was buying out a lease. The lease holder wasn’t easy to deal with, but Jonathan and Linda stuck with me through the entire process. Now, my credit is on it’s way up to pre-bankruptcy numbers, and I have OCU to thank for it.

Jonathan was an amazing person to work with. Very quick to answer emails and helped me get my life in order. Highly recommend!
