Fantastic experience getting a mortgage! Penny was recommended by my realtor as a loan officer and I’m so glad I went with her! Getting a mortgage is invasive and exhausting regardless of the bank and can be long and drawn out but Penny made the process seamless. All my questions were answered promptly and if I missed a detail, I was notified immediately. A local bank is the way to go to purchase a house!

I have been with this Bank for a long time and will stay with them, I wish they had.more locations or at least more ATM locations such as Burlington and Rutland.

St. Onge is a horrible manager, my friend and his mom were having fraudulent activities on the account, she yelled at them to leave bc it was going on over a year, no help or resolution. She closed my savings account because I was scammed through this bank too..This is the main branch and should be investigated

Find another bank! This bank charges you $15 a debit card. If you want a loan be prepared to deal with very inexperienced loan officers. Hands down the worst bank in Vermont.

If you like old fashion banking with high fees and unresponsive (work with you on getting a better deal) people. This is the bank for you. So many better banks out there including ones that are just online banks. If you have bad credit, STAY AWAY from this bank.
