Great service but the new atm's suck and only cause problems. So far I've had many times where its quicker to go inside and stand through a line than using the machine, and my card has been eaten and now has damage on the sides. Also I can't put my check bbn in through the online banking because it doesn't recognize it the check has been endorsed c

The branch manager Allison helped me out with my million questions about my credit... Very patient with my lack of experience and gave me great advice!

Nothing but great service from this bank, and in particular the Hardwick branch. Tellers are empowered to resolve problems, and they do so competently and with a great attitude.

I have been using union bank since I was in elementary school. I would deposit quarters and wait for the toy I got for putting money in every week. As I got older, I enjoyed going to the bank and it was very easy to get what I need done. Recently, I got my card stolen and locked it an hour after it happened. Two days later and i have over negative $550 in my account. How can a bank let a card be used to purchase over $500 worth of junk in Morrisville AFTER I froze my account. I HAD $16 IN MY ACCOUNT!! After this incident, and many smaller encounters within the drive-through. I’ll be switching bank providers, pity star. Been so disappointed with everyone there fr.
