I’ve had this credit union for a while and I’ve had nothing but great experiences so helpful girls are very welcoming and friendly and always super open if you have questions or need help I’d never switch love this credit union incredible and welcoming environment

I have used this bank my entire life, and have dealt with multiple issues including: Identify theft, compromise accounts on many occasions which left my debit card suspended without prior notice to me. I travel out of state very frequently and have been stranded with no way to access my money on multiple occasions. I have also experienced very subpar customer service assistance and very slow or insufficient service. I have been trying to close my account for weeks and even this in itself, is nothing but a hassle. My advice: drive a little further down the road and use the credit union there, instead.

Very helpful on more than one occasion. I have been a member for many years. My whole family including my grandchildren have accounts here. Whenever you go far out of state you need to let the credit union know so they don't think your account is being compromised! It's a safety issue, they are trying to protect our accounts. I have run into this before and called from another state to let them know that it's me and all was fine afterwards. 🙂
