Do *not* use this credit union if you want any decent service. We made the mistake of using them for our mortgage and it has been a constant headache. Our experience during the mortgage process was a headache and they continue to provide terrible service throughout the life of the loan. They might be fine if you just want a checking account but if you need any other services from them you should go somewhere else.

Not only do the staff take good care of your finances, they also know their clients. During the 2020 pandemic in-person services are being kept to a minimum, but the drive through and atm remain available.

They are friendly enough, but today was the third time, (out of 4) that they processed a check for shared branching incorrectly, and they are also three for four on the employee having to ask for help. There isn't supposed to be a hold on a payroll check! I would take my business elsewhere but there aren't any other credit unions in the area so I have no choice.
