I recently opened a new account with vfcu.
If you are looking for a bank that assists people with disabilities like mine with kindness and understanding, this is your bank. I didn't know at first I had to put the 5$ on within 30 days and, when I called the woman who answered was so nice. She helped me reapply for a new one and add the 5$. I haven't received my new debit card yet but I'm sure it will be here soon. She even helped me set up my online banking and my mobile check deposit. I just started my first mobile check deposit ever yesterday and I'm confident they will process it fast just like everything else they've been able to do for me. Thank you vfcu for being the best bank I have ever had the pleasure of banking with and I'm sure you will have me as a loyal customer for years to come.

We visited the Middlebury branch and Deanetta was absolutely wonderful, quick, helpful and provided us exactly what we needed. Top notch customer care and super kind! Thank you, Deanetta!

Our experience opening an account at VFCU was excellent. Their website is a little simpler than the national banks, but that's made up for with great and personal customer service. And their rewards checking is a great deal!

The staff here are phenomenal. They go above and beyond for the members. I highly recommend these folks to anyone. They get that life happens. The branch is always so clean and tidy. Friendly atmosphere. I wouldn't trade it for the world.

Bridget was amazing! She was able to answer all my questions or send me in a direction where I could get more help. I was able to close out my brother's estate with no hassle. She made everything easy an comfortable. I look forward to have any interaction I have in the future with Bridget. I feel like you currently have the best staff at the middlebury office.

Loved this bank when I signed up with them 5 years ago! The last couple years they have not honored overdraft protection and are legally scamming myself and other families that are just scraping by. Half the time their mobile apps aren’t accessible and before you know if you’re -$300! I am absolutely done with banks all together.
