I am extremely unhappy with the way my most recent transactions have been handled at the Newbury branch. I am initially from the area but have moved out of state. I came back this summer to visit with family still here stopped into the Newbury office to pull out some cash for me and my daughters to go strawberry picking and accidentally left my card in the atm. I realized it 2 to 3 hours later and returned to get my card, only to be told that they couldnt return it to me, I even asked if she could look at my ID but no she has to get a statement from my bank and is assuming the atm kept the card due to fraud 😠.
