I went in on Saturday to put some money in my account. Payton was the only teller opened. He was amazing. He just kept his cool and did his job. Good job Payton.

$7 to cash a check from their own bank? One location dead in the center of the worst traffic. This bank is dying and pulling out of VT anyway. Loooo e spending and hour in traffic to get downtown and be overcharged for them only doing what they're meant to. Update. Just cashed a check there for the first time in years. Teller hands me a stack of 59 20 dollar bills. For a 7 dollar fee I would at least like to be asked what type of bills I prefer and not have a pile of wrinkled bills that won't even fit in my wallet shoved hastily over the counter.

Opened an account with a large check to purchase a home. My lawyer cashed a check I gave him 5 days after my deposit and it bounced as they took forever to post my deposit. The locals did not even offer to reverse the fee. Thank god I was in Delaware at the time and the bank there were super cool and reversed the fee.

Their online Banking is a JOKE. couldn't Log in & when I called the Support number I got this guy who didn't understand I have logged in before. had create a new online account id. was put on Hold for Half Hour.

The staff in this branch are always so friendly and helpful each time I come in. Their office building (formerly Marble Savings Bank) is beautiful too. Highly recommend.

Closing at 4pm is extremely frustrating my other bank stays open till 6pm which is they way it should be to help out all the bank customers.... Why do they close at 4pm anyway?????
