This bank is horrible! The local branch staff are nice, but the bank as a whole is horrible. They found "potential fraud" on our account and locked it. Never once did the call, text or email about the potential fraud. Once we were finally able to reach the bank within there ridiculous hours, 1.) The lobby is still closed to the public. Don't know why. 2.) The staff member told us why it was locked out. When we told her it was a transaction we did, she goes oh ok. We are still gonna keep your card locked. You gotta call this card holiness. It was a Saturday and the card hotline is M-F like 10 to 5. I never seen any other bank have there customer support not be readily available. This is just 1 or many like issues we have had with this bank. Closing accounts and moving on.
