Heritage Family Credit Union, Rutland, VT

I have been dealing with Heritage Family credit union bank for many years now I would recommend this bank to anyone. They have been very good to me there and a shout out to Peggy Eddie who has been a major support system for me in that bank so if anyone is looking for a bank that has your back Heritage Family credit union bank is the way to go especially the one on Allen Street in Rutland Vermont

Terrifyingly bad customer service. I had to drive back to where I had applied for a loan, 150 miles to re-sign because I had a "Jr" on my name. Dad has been dead 30 years.. They had my DOB, SSN, OLN and credit score.!!! Their IT is out of the 1980's All I wanted was the ability to pay a loan on line. It took DAYS to figure out how to transfer money from my credit union this buncha monkeys. When I get this loan paid off, I hope NEVER to hear from them again.

Does it really take 3 weeks to process debit transactions? Pretty sure it doesn't. Closing my account today. Despite 2 years of complaining about issues with widely innacruate and inappropriate processing times the problem has only gotten worse. It will regularly take over a week for debit transactions to accurately post. 3 weeks this latest time. Save urself the trouble and get a real bank.

They are a great bank I have not had to many issues with them.

They stole my daughters first paycheck and refuse to fix the problem. They deposited it into someone elses account instead of giving her cash and refuse to do anything to fix this. Do not use this bank.

I brought my check to this ba k to get it cashed with a few others and when they cashed my check $188 was missing. I returned back to the bank and brought up with issue and they refused to talk with me about it would only say that they looked at the footage and said I was wrong. I couldn't my cash and perfectly 188 was missing which is the same amount as 1 of the cashed checks.
