I've done business with them for a long time, they've had all my mortgages, and always see to it that I get the best possible rates. I even kept an account open when I moved to SC. There different accounts allow you to get the best return on your money. People are friendly and go out of their way to help you. A customer for life.

One of my customer left his card at my store, I called the # above and after getting the run around (thinking I was going to talk to the branch) the department I got to wouldn't give me his phone # to contact, and they would not contact him, and instead they canceled the card and did not care we had other info for this person. Glad I don't bank here

They do not support locally owned business. Went in to get change quarters/dimes etc.. and they won't do it unless you have an account. That's why I will not ever have an account with them. What a way to say Merry Christmas to locally owned business

Great bank done all my loans and mortgage through them. Never had an issue if there is one they are quick to help out and solve the problem.

Ever since their merger with VSECU, they havent been avle to provide me with so much as a confirmation number for y payments on loan. On top of that, the customer service has gone from excellent to HORRID. The 3 ppl I've spoken to on the phone have been so rude and unhelpful - Emily, especially. Understandably I have serious concerns about where my private information has disappeared because they cant seem to find it. They also don't have my payment history??? DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT DO BANKING WITH THEM
