Union Bank, Shelburne, VT

Don't do it.....Lots of mistakes with paperwork, that could cost you your credit or thousands of dollars. They use a lot bait and switch tactics, I assume to try and compete with bigger union/national banks. Maybe they are working out the kinks but not going to gamble with my money here. Update: As you can see it took 2 months for them to even reply to a review and asking me to follow up vs being proactive. Always nice when a company only offers a solution when put on public blast vs during the time of the problem, I guess hindsight is 20/20.

Union Bank in Shelburne has been extremely professional and easy to work with. When Citizens moved, we opened a checking and savings account; and have also opened home equity loan, which Union Bank proceessed with zero closing costs. Customer service is friendly and accessible. Highly recommend this local banking option.
