Brian went above and beyond for us, and made our experience financing a home for the first time enjoyable. First, we tried to qualify for an FHA loan. Brian wrestled with getting all the info from my employer, reaching out to the VSHA with questions multiple times. Ultimately a conventional loan ended up being cheaper. Brian was attentive to the options and got us the best deal. He always answered his phone and email quickly- I sent him a question at 1am on a Saturday for him to address on Monday. By 2am I had a detailed response. When our PMI company unexpectedly increased their rates on closing day, Brian immediately investigated and got us back to the expected price within an hour. I compared a lot of lenders, and Fairway had the best APR. We'll definitely be reaching out to Brian when it's time to refinance, we highly recommend him!
