My elderly grandmother misplaced her debt card. We called the on-call number to report it as lost and it was very evident that the person who answered had absolutely NO idea what she was doing. She told my grandmother that she didn't have any account with them and that she had no idea why she was calling. We absolutely love the 802 credit union but the on-call service is absolutely USELESS
