One Credit Union, Springfield, VT

Went in to setup a new checking account, was told to call and setup an appointment with someone. Called two different days, left a message, haven't heard from them since. Not exactly a great first impression when you won't assist me with 0 other customers in your building and won't return my call either.

I cannot express enough how pleased I have been working with Michael Rounds (Senior Loan Officer). I began researching mortgage lenders several months ago. I prefer to work with a local lender and reached out to One Credit Union where I was introduced to Michael. From my very first interaction, I found Michael to be well informed, empathetic and very efficient with his time management skills. I am looking forward to applying for a VA loan next June and I am very confident Michael will take care of us as we go through the process. Thank you Michael for everything thus far.

This is the best little bank, or credit union, in the area. I highly recommend them. Donna, the bank manager at the Claremont branch, is an excellent manager. She is courteous, efficient, and always has a smile. Her customer service is off the charts.

I have banked with the Springfield branch my entire life. Many of the staff members feel like family and make transactions super easy for me! Megan Blake is one of my favorites- she is ALWAYS super friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! I enjoy seeing her when I do my banking. Plus she’s cute!

Megan was amazing! Always so pleasant to interact with! Makes me feel right at home. She’s always got a smile on her face and when I lost my debit card she was quick to fix everything and get me a new card order! I’m so happy to bank here.
