If I could give 0 Starz I would once my cars paid off these people will never get my business again I went in today to make a payment on my vehicle and I felt the lady was rushing me out the whole time can't make a payment over the phone with a normal debit cardc closed weekends so if u work later then 5 on week days like I do u got to try to get out of work early first chance they get they will smack you with a late fee

VSECU is absolutely amazing to deal with - excellent customer service with fantastic web services, and typically the best mortgage rates available (and efficient processing). I've been with them 20+ years and totally recommend them. A huge shout-out to their exemplary staff for providing consistent A+ customer service. Thank you!!

We have been members of VSECU for over 35 years. The leadership has been consistent in its careful approach to banking and the high level of communication with customers is excellent. I have never had a problem getting quick help with a problem, finding an answer to a question, receiving assistance with a new banking need (like a mortgage).
Actually, we switched from a mortgage institution back to VSECU, not because the rates were better than the mortgage company (they were close but not better) but because the personal service we always receive was worth the difference. More recently I have been impressed with the fraud alert department. While I believe that this is a contracted service, I still trust that VSECU leadership has taken the care to get the best fraud avoidance service possible.
The involvement in the community and the lives of fellow customers (heat, scholarships, financial education, etc) are some of the many ways in which VSECU feels like a unique part of the community. The staff have always been professional, caring, and knowledgeable.
I do wish a branch were closer to our rural area. Right now, the nearest branch is a 30 minute drive. I use mobile banking a lot! I know arrangements have now been made with other local credit unions to share banking services but I have not availed myself of that service. Honestly, it seems confusing and I don't really understand how it works. Perhaps a "growing edge" for VSECU?
Overall, we have worked with other banking institutions, but VSECU has been the best and I trust them. Thanks!

The ATM has always been open and hardly a line to use it anytime I've been there. VSECU website is solid without the annoying popups.
