I'm new to this bank and so far I'm very impressed. The customer service is helpful, courteous, friendly, and professional. Their free checking account is exactly that "free" with no hidden or surprise fees. They also have a variety of other checking accounts that have I other very cool features like rewards for purchases. I'm glad I made the switch.

I was with them for 16 years. No issues. Now they conjoined with a new bank and I let them know I was leaving for capital one. No care at all. They don't value their customers like they used to. I would not recommend them at all
