We have used Irene multiple times across the board for both financing new home mortgages and refinancing existing mortgages. On all occasions, she was by far the easiest person to work with in multiple facets. 1. Most importantly, Irene sets the proper expectations on the chance for loans to close with the given conditions. She then provides her recommendations on how to adjust so you have a higher chance of the loan closing. Worst thing to happen is if you go mutual on a home, but you can't close the loan. 2. She takes the time to explain everything in detail. Even the most common sense terms can be difficult, especially for first time home buyers. We felt like we knew the reason for every single line item on the loan, and had full trust. 3. She is very empathetic. Loan officers can sometimes be tough to trust. We felt comfortable that Irene always had our best interests in mind when we were working with her. 4. Irene is extremely organized and very communicative. We never once had doubts that things were not under control. She is bilingual so a great resource for any English or Korean speaking folks looking for loans. We will not look elsewhere, and will continue to use Irene for the foreseeable future. 5/5 recommended!
