Bait and switch. Get approved online for twice what they actually gave us so we went in to the office with higher expectations. But, when you need the help you take what you can get so you’re stuck. Bait and switch.

Don't get a loan through here unless you want to be harassed by them. Today I was interrupted while at work by one main, I didn't know it was them I just seen it was a local number and thought it was the doctors or something, so I answered. And they were calling because I am ONE DAY late. Today is the 2nd of July. Its a Friday. I didn't get paid until today, MY BAD GUYS, I guess I just figured one day late wouldn't be that big of a deal after being on time for like a year straight. But hey, it's my own fault for assuming. Not only this but they charge a $50 fee for returned payments, which I totally understand a fee for that but FIFTY FREAKING DOLLARS that's more then I make in like 5 hours of work. The interest rate is very high compared to just going to a credit union. And they are constantly spamming me with calls and emails saying they have a great new loan offer. I'm trying to pay off the loan and get out of debt. Instead of helping me with getting debt paid off they are constantly trying to add more. Just save yourself hassle and go to a credit union.

Outstanding servce!!!!!! I was taken through a difficult task of finding documents for the loan process. My worker walked my through it and I got a 6,800 loan. Thanks OneMain

OneMain strung us along with offers to refinance debts that they wouldn't actually cover. They told us we could skip two months payments for a "customer appreciation" promotion and waited until we came in to mention that it required us to take out another loan. We were given a proposal in writing for one thing, and then we were asked to give them all the same information we'd already given them, and then the proposal was completely different after less than a week. The lady we worked with was inexperienced, and unprofessional dealing with us, telling us she'd email us important info on two separate occasions without sending it. I hate going through such a waste of my time, but the worst part for me was putting my wife through it too. Customer appreciation? Not really.

Poorly operated company . I have a previous loan and I’ve called and made early payments and they say the automatic withdrawal won’t happen until the next month : but on top of my payment of that month they still charge me again . So I pay twice . Also they sent me email saying I pre qualify for a loan . And I can get a higher offer to pay off my current loan . So I was like oh ok I’m prequalified. I apply , and I take a hard credit inquiry even when it says doesn’t impact credit . And I got denied . I called multiple times , left voicemails , they never call you back . Fire the management and get this together . This is feeling like a scam. I’ve had better service at Walmart
