I switched from two local banks to join with Savi Bank. They handle my complicated mortgage, help me with plans to accomplish my financial dreams and makes everything easy when I come in to fix issues. I love Ashley for my mortgage effort that she fought for and accomplished getting me under intense circumstances. Jason the Customer Service Manager is approachable and will sit you down immediately to help with any transactions. Camyrn is great to help you open a new account. Everyone else always greets you when you walk in. I love this bank.

DO NOT USE for land loans Trevis in the Bellingham location is the only listed land loan officer. Unfortunately he is barely able to provide the service with professionalism or accuracy, let alone customer service. Be prepared to pay more than he quoted you, IF the loan ever manages to get through his hands. You will be lucky if it takes less than 3 extensions, and if he ever returns a call or email without you sending the realtor or your frustrated girlfriend to get the guy moving at all. Save yourself the trouble and go literally anywhere else.

Nice folks to talk to but slow, ineffective, inflexible. Took a month to run prequalification with excellent credit score and >20% down payment.
