I worked with Carmen Denson to finance my last three houses and then refinance my current home. I recommend her too all of my family and friends. She and her team are hard working, flexible, and very knowledgeable. She worked with me to help with my VA Loans and helped my family with their traditional loans. Carmen is very nice and great to work with. I can not recommend her enough.

I visited this bank on recommendation from a friend when looking for a home loan. Nicole and Lena were both exceptionally informative and willing to help at a moments notice. Another bank ended up being able to beat their terms by a hair, which unfortunately in my case made the difference, but my experience with Umpqua and its employees was stellar. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone shopping for a loan.
