Unfortunately, a mistake on their part has created very strained relations with me. Time's on my side, and their practices will be scrutinized for any indescretionary habits. Good luck WestEdge, we all have off days, continued mismanagement, another story.

I would like to give the highest star rating possible to Jesse. She has been such a pleasure to work with, and has been so prompt in getting back to me with answers to all of my questions. Jesse was so quick to respond to me every time I would email - It seemed like I was her only customer, yet I know these are very busy times for banks! Ricardo was also great to work with! Both of these employees deserve recognition for their outstanding work. They have represented WestEdge Credit Union very well.

I just want to say how much I appreciate Ricardo in your loan department. He really went above and beyond my expectations in helping me with some issues that I had involving a loan at a different credit union. This was a lot of work and probably out of the realm of his usual activities but he took it on and provided me with exactly what was needed. Major kudos to Ricardo and all the staff at Westedge!

Been banking with WestEdge C.U. for 4+ years, as long as I've been in Bellingham. Can't say enough good things about their customer service and ease of doing business with. From loan specialist to tellers, always friendly and helpful. It's also nice that in the time I've been dealing with them I see mostly familiar faces.

Westedge Credit Union is the cool kid on the block when it comes to banking in Whatcom County. Pick up the phone and you're greeted by a real human who knows your name and responds in a jiffy. And when you visit, you gotta check out Kristina, the problem-solving queen! She's a genius when it comes to fixing issues. Recently, my wife and I worked with the lovely Miriam to grab a loan for some weatherization work at home. The entire process was a breeze thanks to the awesome Miriam. We were in and out of that credit union in less than ten minutes! Westedge really knows how to deliver the goods without any excuses.

After moving here and switching credit unions for the first time in over a decade, I was a little worried. WestEdge has been amazing in every way.

I have been a member of WestEdge since around 2007 (back when it was GaPac). I have since moved out of state but never once has it crossed my mind to find a local credit union for a couple of reasons. 1st being that they are simple and extremely easy to work with. The shared branch network makes it incredibly easy to complete my banking needs. 2nd is that they have continued to go out of their way to genuinely help me in many situations. Recently they went out of their way to inform me that my credit score has increased and qualified me for a better rate on my credit card. I didn't even ask, they just did it and saved me quite a bit on my interest rate! I don't feel that many other institutions will find a lower rate for you, inform you of this, and automatically apply the lower rate?! Amazing! Keep winning WestEdge. You are doing it right!
